There’s an episode where Mulder and Scully go under cover as a married couple in the ‘burbs to investigate strange disappearances. What a happenstance! lol. Anyways, they find out that those that don’t follow the elite ‘burbs rules get killed off. Like having a basketball net for example.
Better watch out guy, that basketball net is not regulation.

My friend and I finally went to do our nerd fandom thing once we tracked down that it was actually in the city I live in. There were more hilarity as we tried to take pictures. There were too many people around and my friend felt timid so we walked around. Plus I’m in tame goth garb and my sunbrella(tm), so I looked completely out of place. lol We decided to finally just take the damn pictures and run off. Apparently her phone had recorded our funny conversation during this. lol
